Practically Perfect was created from the dreams of a once struggling single mother.  When my daughter was little I couldn't afford to buy her a lot of toys and clothes and found myself shopping in secondhand stores.  I found such great deals on "practically perfect" items I decided I too wanted to bring savings to mothers and grandmothers as well.
